ABOUT ME
I’m a UX writer specializing in clear, user-friendly content for apps, AI tools, and complex products—making tech feel more human. I currently work at Wix, collaborating with product, design, and development teams to build intuitive user experiences.
When I’m not writing, I’m spending time with my family, baking sourdough bread, or sipping cold brew at my favorite café.
My Process
I create UX content that’s clear, practical, and easy to use, working closely with PMs, designers, and developers to make sure content fits naturally into the product. My process usually looks like this:
Research: I dig into users’ needs, goals, and pain points through interviews, data, and testing—paying close attention to how people actually interpret instructions and guidance.
Writing: I write concise, context-aware copy that helps users move through tasks with clarity and confidence, especially in flows that rely on user input.
AI prompts: I design and test prompts that guide AI systems to produce accurate, helpful, and user-aligned outputs, iterating on phrasing, structure, and edge cases.
Editing: I refine content for clarity, tone, consistency, and accessibility, making sure it feels intuitive and easy to follow.
Testing & iteration: I gather feedback, track what’s working (and what’s not), and continuously improve the content to make the experience smoother.
UX Writing Samples
Editor Add-ons | Wix.com
Challenge: Users often get lost in the Wix Editor because of the wide range of tools and capabilities—including important accessibility features that aren’t always easy to find or use in context. The goal was to introduce lightweight tools that support users in the moment, without interrupting the website-building flow.
Solution: We created 10 Editor Add-ons—small, in-editor tools designed to support productivity and accessibility. Each one includes clear, benefit-driven copy so users can quickly understand what it does and when to use it, without needing to leave their workflow.
Impact: Users were able to recognize the value of each add-on more quickly and use them at the right moment, leading to smoother workflows and increased use of accessibility features—without adding friction to the editing experience.

AI Tools | Wix Blog
Challenge: Wix Blog attracts high traffic, but many users start creating a blog without finishing or publishing it. Even with AI tools available, users often feel overwhelmed and unsure where to begin.
Solution: We introduced a set of AI tools with clear labels and contextual descriptions to support different stages of the blogging process—from generating full posts to creating images and improving SEO.
Impact: The content helped users understand which tool to use and when, making it easier to get started and move forward without breaking their writing flow.

AI Post Creator | Wix Blog
Challenge: Users often get stuck when writing blog posts—unsure what to write about, how their content comes across, or whether it’s ready to publish. Many look for inspiration and reassurance to move past that initial block.
Solution: I helped build an AI-powered post creator integrated into the editor. I wrote UX copy with inline guidance and clear microcopy that explained each step of the flow, and iterated on it based on testing and user feedback.
Impact: Users were able to generate blog posts with minimal input, tailored to their site and goals. As a result, more users completed and published their posts each month.

Triggered Push Notifications | Wix.com
Challenge: Small business owners often struggle to keep customers updated throughout the fulfillment process. Without timely, automated updates, customers aren’t always sure about their payment status—leading to delays and more support requests.
Solution: I helped design the UX copy for an automated push notification builder that lets merchants trigger messages based on specific events. I focused on making each notification clear and actionable, with direct links and simple guidance to help merchants set things up quickly and send relevant updates.
Impact: The notifications created a more direct path from update to action, helping customers complete payments faster. For merchants, this meant fewer manual follow-ups and higher engagement compared to standard email notifications.

AB Test | Wix.com
Challenge: Two critical actions—changing the site owner and transferring a Premium plan—were complex and confusing, leading to many support tickets.
Solution: I ran an A/B test on the UX copy in the Site Actions dropdown, simplifying language and making it clear what each action does and what the result will be.
Impact: The winning copy helped users complete these actions more confidently, reduced errors, and lowered related support tickets—showing the real effect of clear UX writing.
