ABOUT ME
I’m a UX writer specializing in clear, user-friendly content for apps, AI tools, and complex products—making tech feel more human. I currently work at Wix, collaborating with product, design, and development teams to build intuitive user experiences.

When I’m not writing, I’m playing with my dog Golda, baking sourdough bread, or sipping cold brew at my favorite café.
My Process
I create UX content that’s clear and user-focused, collaborating with PMs, designers, and developers to make sure content fits seamlessly into the product, and following a step-by-step workflow:
Research: Understand users’ needs, goals, and pain points through interviews, data, and testing—paying close attention to how users interpret instructions and guidance.
Writing: Craft concise, context-driven copy that guides users through tasks and supports confident decision-making, especially in flows that depend on user input.
Editing: Refine content for clarity, tone, consistency, and accessibility, ensuring instructions are easy to follow and feel intuitive.
Testing & Iteration: Gather feedback, measure effectiveness, and continuously optimize content to improve usability and outcomes.
UX Writing Samples
Editor Add-ons | Wix.com
Challenge: Users often get lost in the Wix Editor due to the large number of tools and capabilities, including important accessibility features that can be hard to discover or apply in context. The goal was to introduce small, easily accessible tools that fit seamlessly into users’ workflows without distracting them from the website-building process.

Solution: We created 10 Editor Add-ons—small, in-editor tools that support productivity and accessibility. Each add-on was designed to be understandable at a glance, using clear, benefit-driven descriptions that help users quickly decide when and how to use it in context.

Impact: Users quickly understood the value of each add-on and when to use it, increasing productivity and awareness of accessibility tools without adding cognitive load to the editing experience.

AI Tools | Wix Blog
Challenge: Wix Blog attracts high traffic, but many users start creating a blog without completing or publishing it. Even in the age of AI, with many tools available, users often feel overwhelmed and unsure where to begin.

Solution: We introduced a set of AI tools with clear labels and contextual descriptions, supporting different stages of the blogging process—from full post generation to images and SEO.

Impact: The content helped users choose the right tool at the right moment, encouraging exploration while keeping the writing flow uninterrupted and enabling faster, more confident blog creation.

AI Post Creator | Wix Blog
Challenge: Users often get stuck when writing blog posts—unsure what to write about, how their content sounds, or whether it’s ready to publish. Many look for inspiration and reassurance to overcome writer’s block.

Solution: I helped build an AI-powered post creator designed to deliver a seamless experience tailored to user needs. I wrote UX copy with inline guidance and supportive microcopy that clarified each step of the flow, alongside iterative testing and refinement.

Impact: Users were able to create unique, high-quality blog posts with minimal input, tailored to their site type and interests. As a result, the number of monthly published posts increased significantly.

Triggered Push Notifications | Wix.com
Challenge: Small business owners often struggle to maintain clear, consistent communication with customers throughout the fulfillment cycle. Without timely, automated updates, customers are left unsure about payment status—leading to delayed payments and increased support inquiries.

Solution: I helped design the UX copy for an automated push notification builder that enables merchants to set up event-based triggers. Content decisions prioritized clear intent and actionability, including deep-linked destinations and action-oriented notification templates, supported by dynamic values and instructional microcopy to simplify setup and ensure relevance for end users.

Impact: Notifications created a more direct path from update to action, helping customers settle invoices faster and with fewer friction points. For merchants, this reduced manual follow-ups and drove higher engagement on transactional alerts compared to standard email notifications.

AB Test | Wix.com
Challenge: Two critical actions—changing the site owner and transferring a Premium plan to another site—were complex and frequently caused user confusion, resulting in a high volume of support tickets.

Solution: I ran an A/B test on UX copy in the Site Actions dropdown, simplifying language and clearly communicating user intent and outcomes for each action.

Impact: The winning variant increased confident action-taking, improved completion of high-risk actions, and reduced related support tickets—demonstrating the measurable impact of clear, intentional UX writing.
